Arrival of yachts at Port Bundaberg Marina
(Customs and Quarantine formalities to be completed)
Registrations of arriving yachts after clearance.

Greet and Meet.
Monday night at 1800 hrs
Aussie Pie Night (with salads) or frittata & salads. $5 each.
Tuesday night at 1800 hrs
Pizza Night - . $5 each.

Arrival & Welcome Aussie Bar-b-que 1700 hrs. 
Food served 1800 hrs. $10 each.
Bar open all day.

Official Welcome Breakfast 0730 hrs – sponsored by Bundaberg Regional Council.
Free - for P2P participants only, sponsors & official guests.
Curry & Rice Night – 1700 hrs . Food served 1800 hrs. $10 each. Children 11 & under free.
Auction in aid of VMR Bundaberg & Royal Flying Doctor Service. 

Lunchtime Marina Bar-b-que @ 1300 hours.
Free for P2P participants & Marina guests.
Toad race - toads will be auctioned off
Beer & finger food night - from 1700 hrs
Bring a plate of finger food to share.

Public Day & Bilge Sale
Buy/sell marine gear. Yachts to set up their own stall.
0800 hrs to 1100 hrs.
Judging of Captain Chandlery's best dressed yacht competition @ 1100 hrs.
Rally participants  will then be transported to the Lighthouse Music & Arts Festival at Burnett Heads.
After a busy day - Quiet night with music and nibbles.    

9.00am Shalom Fruit & Vege Markets.
Bus pick-up & Return (charge)
"End of Passage" Official Function for the Yacht Rally 2010. Sponsored by Port of Bundaberg. $35 each.
"Dark & Stormys" served at 1630hrs.
Sit-down dinner served at 6pm.
Participants of the Yacht Rally are expected to attend. Dinner Music.
Presentation of major prizes & competition winners.

Rally Photographs 0830hrs
Tours of Rum Distillery, Ginger Beer Factory & District - Bookings essential. $20 each. All children - half price. Departs 0900 hrs

Licence bar open 10am to late.
All children's meals 11 and under - free
12 years and over - 1/2 price
Special games & movies for the kids
Free tea and coffee in marquee all day.
Meals available from Baltimore's restaurant & Donna's Seafoods.
