Cost of Entry:$95 per yacht, payable on registration or before 1st October, 2010.

Conditions of Entry:
1. Yachts must leave on or after departure date.
2. Yachts are expected to arrive on any of the shown arrival dates.
3. Yachts participating in the Rally are expected to attend the official Port2Port Dinner on Sunday Night.
4. Yachts agree to pay $95 per yacht at date of registration or before 1st October, 2010.

5. By registering for this rally, all partipating yachts agree that they will not hold the BCYC, the P2P Committee, VMR Bundaberg, or any other organisation involved with the rally, responsible for anything that may go wrong as a result of sailing in this rally. All yachts must ensure that by sailing in the rally, that the safety of their boat and crew must take priority. BCYC takes no responsibility for information provided by the Radio Operator, or any member of BCYC that could be incorrect or cause you, any member of your crew or your boat to suffer any loss whatsoever.
6. All participating persons on all yachts must agree to enjoy themselves.

# Early registration - register by 1st October. Early registrations will receive 2 free nights' berthing when booking and paying for a minimum of 7 nights berthing at Port Bundaberg Marina. Email Bundaberg Port Marina for berthing details. Berthing is in high demand at this time of year, so please make early berthing arrangements.
# A pool of prizes, donated by Bundaberg businesses will be included in welcome packs and used for raffles, auctions etc.
